Girl Scout cookie season officially kicks off, including new flavor inspired by Rocky Road ice cream

Those sweet and delicious cookies that many of us love are finally here.

Girl Scout Cookies are officially on sale nationwide. This year, there's a new flavor called Exploremores.

The sandwich cookie is inspired by Rock Road ice cream, with hints of chocolate, marshmallow and a toasted almond-flavored cream.

The Girl Scouts will also have the usual favorite flavors for sale, such as Thin Mints, Samoas/Caramel deLites, Peanut Butter Patties/Tagalongs, Adventurefuls and more.

Girl Scout cookie season runs through March 8.
